There is a youtube link and cheery articles about Winchester’s famous hat fair, it started out as a busking event with the hat being passed around [naturally] hence the name but it has developed over the years as Britain’s longest running street fair held every year over the 1st week-end of July. Come and get a taste of the fun. Oh and there is a powem from ME.
